We use a contract/agreement for all of our events to confirm everything in writing, such as pricing and event details.
Is Supafly Promotions insured? Yes, if your venue requires proof of liability insurance for our services before we are to perform at your event, please let us know. We will be happy to provide that documentation, if applicable.
How do I hire a omaha dj, Supafly Promotions, for my event?
We have multiple booking options . Our preferred option is to meet with you in person, briefly discuss or event and needs and book at that time. We can also arrange bookings via mail or email. Payments can be made via mail or online, via credit card. Please discuss your preference with your representative.
Do you call us over and over, after the initial contact to find out if we are going to book your service?
No, we do not chase or hound potential customers for our service. We have put an excellent product out there and hope, after checking our website or speaking with one of us, you choose to do business with us. We will follow-up with you once or twice to see how you are doing in the booking process and see if your still interested. We will NEVER pressure you into making any decisions.
Can you accomodate LARGE events for Weddings, Fundraisers, Corporate Events and more? Yes. We have a wide variety of equipment, including, but not limited, to trusses, professional lightning, fog machines, gobo projectors and multiple pa systems. Please keep this in mind when pricing entertainment companies to supply your service. Do not sacrifice price for quality. If you think you would be paying to much, ask us, we'll be happy to detail what your paying for and why.
What can you guarantee regarding service for my event?
To be flexibe (in the planning stages and during your event) Punctual (early and/or on time) Courteous and Professional (from the booking process to the end) Ensure that everything runs smoothy during the event Ensure that your guests have a great time! And a Thank you to you, the client, for letting us be a part of your event!
Who will be the DJ at my event?
A Supafly Promotions Dj. We do not outsource events to other DJs, so myself or my staff are guaranteed to be there. If an emergency should arise, we will advise you of a experienced replacement, and make sure you, the customer, are comfortable with the fill in.
Do you have bilingual (spanish & english) omaha disc jockeys?

How does planning work for my event?
Supafly Promotions uses online planner forms that allow you to describe in detail the music you want to hear and select special services and options to ensure your entertainment event is a success!
Do you have backup DJs?
We do have qualified DJs that will be able to perform at your event in the rare event of an emergency.
Have you won any awards the service you have provided over the years?
Yes.
When do you setup?
We set up early enough to cope with unforeseen circumstances and to make sure everything is in place before your guests arrive. (We prefer to be there an hour in advance of the event to setup) If you prefer us to setup earlier, please let us know. No additional charge for setup and teardown.
Do you dress nicely? What do you wear?
We dress well, in style, and appropriately for each event (the more formal the event the more formal the outfit). What we wear is stylish, similar to what your guests would wear. If you have specific dress requirements, we will be happy to accommodate. No additional fee will be necessary.
Can you provide music for my wedding ceremony also?
Absolutely! We provide music for the processionals, recessionals, and if necessary, we even provide music during the ceremony from our extensive selection of classical and contemporary music. Sometimes it is difficult to hear the Justice of the Peace or clergy performing the service or the other ceremony participants. In this case, a wireless microphone may be placed where necessary to help all attendees hear what is happening.
If we want some music that you do not have, do we have to pay extra for you to get it?
Absolutely NOT! We have an assortment of songs and libraries of music. In the event we do not have something you want (upon initial consultation), we will make every effort to obtain that music, at NO additional cost to you!
What type and how large is Supafly Promotions' music collection?
We have over 20,000+ songs in our music libraries that are growing monthly. They include but are not limited to, christian contemporary, r&b, hip hop, rock, rap, techno, club, pop, country and spanish influence. In order to stay up to date on the latest and greatest, we update our music library regularly.
Do you offer Karaoke?
Yes! Starting for events in 2014, we will be offering Karoake Services.
Are you competively priced for services offered?
Yes.

What kind of payments do you take for your services and how can they be made?
For all customers, we accept checks (no third party checks please), money orders, cashier checks, PayPal and all major credit cards. For the convenience of our out of town and in town clients, payments can be made via credit card or PayPal. *Payments for all services should be made prior to or the day of your event. If made the same day of event, any payments MUST be made prior to the start of the event. Supafly Promotions reserves the right to NOT perform if balance has not been paid by the date of the event. (Any additional questions regarding this, please speak to your booking representative) *we do not allow payments for services to be held to the end of the event.
Does Supafly Promotions Djs travel to other cities outside the Omaha area?
For events outside Omaha area (60 mile radius), we are available for a *travel fee. (Speak to your Dj representative for details) (*travel fee normally includes, but is not limited to, gas, based on mileage and is a minimum of $50)

BARS/LOUNGES AND CLUBS
Are your weekly prices reasonable and realistic depending on what the local (in your area) Dj scene offers?
Yes, we charge based on what you feel a good disc jockey is worth to your business. Every business is different so prices may vary.
Do you ask for any other special considerations or other things other than monetary compensation? Such as free drinks for example?
No, that is strictly up to the manager/owner of the establishment. We are paid to Dj and entertain only. We do not expect any special considerations unless offered to us.
Do you have a good local track record with available references?
Yes, references also available upon request.
Do you have your own equipment, well skilled in using it and will you require use of the businesses equipment?
Yes, we have our own equipment. Most bars, lounges, and clubs will have a speaker system (PA system) with a standard mixer to interface with so we can easily plug in our equipment. If this is not the case we have speakers, mixers and lights that are available.
For music videos, what do you play, if you don't have the video, what do you play in place of, do you have the rights to play the videos and do you require any additional accomodations from the establishment to play videos?
Top 40 music videos. If we don't have the video we will play an ambient in its place. We have obtained the rights, legally to play videos for entertainment purposes only. We accept any liability regarding that. We may ask of the establishment to use any television(s) or projector(s) they have to view the videos. We can assist in the wiring and setup of this, if necessary, otherwise we can bring our own projector and video screen. This may be at an additional cost.
What type of music do you normally play?
We play the type of music that our mix master skills offer for today! Obviously, every establishment is different, so we do conform to the format of the establishment's genre of music, while at the same time, not compromising our integrity in the skills we offer.
If anything, what do you ask of the establishment you are working for?
To be treated fairly, with respect. We do understand the business can be stressful at times but, DJ ing is an art and a right of passage. Though the monetary gain is nice, we do it for the fun, enjoyment, and entertainment of our customers, YOU! WHO'S IN CONTROL? Simply put, you are! You will set the tone of the event and our staff will make sure that the event goes exactly how you have dreamed!
